Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL405P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,144 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL405P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromatin organization, DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, and Regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with RN7SL405P in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL405P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL405P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of chromatin organization grouped by RN7SL405P-low versus RN7SL405P-high in STAD.
