Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL400P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,359 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL400P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of GTPase activity, Liver regeneration, and mRNA methylguanosine-cap decapping. Each is linked with RN7SL400P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL400P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL400P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of GTPase activity grouped by RN7SL400P-low versus RN7SL400P-high in STAD.
