Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL39P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,539 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL39P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macromolecule methylation, DNA-templated transcription elongation, and Obsolete histone modification. Each is linked with RN7SL39P in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL39P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL39P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Macromolecule methylation grouped by RN7SL39P-low versus RN7SL39P-high in STAD.
