Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL399P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,611 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL399P-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAP1, YEATS2-AS1, and JMJD7-PLA2G4B. Each is linked with RN7SL399P in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL399P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL399P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL399P versus HAP1 in LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RN7SL399P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RN7SL399P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
