Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL395P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL395P expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL395P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, RN7SL395P RNA expression shows 12,930 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight KIRP, COAD, and THYM as cancer lineages where RN7SL395P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
