Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL388P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL388P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL388P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RN7SL388P RNA expression shows 14,491 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight HNSC, THCA, and UVM as cancer lineages where RN7SL388P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
