Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL362P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL362P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where RN7SL362P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL362P is over-expressed in tumor.
LUAD, HNSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where RN7SL362P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
