Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL359P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL359P expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL359P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RN7SL359P RNA expression shows 8,061 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in GBM. Together, these results highlight PAAD, KIRC, and GBM as cancer lineages where RN7SL359P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
