Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL357P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL357P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where RN7SL357P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL357P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as PRAD show the opposite, repressed pattern.
PRAD, LUAD, and THCA are the cancer types where RN7SL357P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
