Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL346P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 4 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL346P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where RN7SL346P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL346P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as READ show the opposite, repressed pattern.
STAD, BRCA, and READ are the cancer types where RN7SL346P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
