Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL337P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 2 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL337P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where RN7SL337P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL337P is over-expressed in tumor.
PRAD and KIRC are the cancer types where RN7SL337P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
