Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL332P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL332P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where RN7SL332P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL332P is over-expressed in tumor.
LUAD are the cancer types where RN7SL332P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
