Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL322P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL322P expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL322P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Additionally, RN7SL322P RNA expression shows 6,070 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight UCEC, LIHC, and STAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL322P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
