Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL282P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL282P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where RN7SL282P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL282P is over-expressed in tumor.
KICH are the cancer types where RN7SL282P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
