Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL273P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL273P expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL273P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Additionally, RN7SL273P RNA expression shows 5,821 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight BLCA, KIRP, and STAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL273P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
