Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL272P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL272P expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL272P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, RN7SL272P RNA expression shows 6,512 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight CESC, UCEC, and TGCT as cancer lineages where RN7SL272P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
