Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL266P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,592 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL266P-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL143P, RN7SL7P, and RN7SKP91. Each is linked with RN7SL266P in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL266P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL266P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL266P versus RN7SL143P in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RN7SL266P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RN7SL266P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
