Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL263P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 13 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL263P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where RN7SL263P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL263P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KIRP and KIRC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
HNSC, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where RN7SL263P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
