Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL23P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,106 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL23P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein acetylation, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with RN7SL23P in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL23P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL23P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of protein acetylation grouped by RN7SL23P-low versus RN7SL23P-high in UCS.
