Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL214P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL214P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where RN7SL214P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL214P is over-expressed in tumor.
LIHC are the cancer types where RN7SL214P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
