Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL210P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RN7SL210P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RN7SL210P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SL210P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC show a favorable association.

LUSC, BRCA, and THYM are the cancer types where RN7SL210P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
