Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,673 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intracellular protein transmembrane transport, RNA methylation, and Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport. Each is linked with RN7SL2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL2-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Intracellular protein transmembrane transport grouped by RN7SL2-low versus RN7SL2-high in ACC.
