Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL186P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,442 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL186P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL21, MRPL41, and MRPL42. Each is linked with RN7SL186P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL186P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL186P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL186P versus MRPL21 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RN7SL186P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RN7SL186P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
