Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL181P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL181P expression is associated with patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL181P is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, RN7SL181P RNA expression shows 18,278 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight HNSC, LUAD, and THYM as cancer lineages where RN7SL181P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
