Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL172P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL172P expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL172P is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RN7SL172P RNA expression shows 13,134 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LSCC. Together, these results highlight HNSC, KIRC, and LSCC as cancer lineages where RN7SL172P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
