Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL170P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL170P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where RN7SL170P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL170P is over-expressed in tumor.
UCEC, KIRC, and HNSC are the cancer types where RN7SL170P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
