Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL168P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,444 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL168P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, Regulation of DNA repair, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with RN7SL168P in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL168P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL168P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening grouped by RN7SL168P-low versus RN7SL168P-high in ESCA.
