Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL166P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,492 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL166P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription elongation, Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, and Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with RN7SL166P in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL166P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL166P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA-templated transcription elongation grouped by RN7SL166P-low versus RN7SL166P-high in STAD.
