Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL164P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL164P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where RN7SL164P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL164P is over-expressed in tumor.
BRCA are the cancer types where RN7SL164P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
