Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL14P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,345 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL14P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF830_S351, NR3C1_S134, and PRPF3. Each is linked with RN7SL14P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL14P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL14P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL14P versus ZNF830_S351 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
