Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL149P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 2 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL149P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where RN7SL149P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL149P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as LIHC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
LUAD and LIHC are the cancer types where RN7SL149P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
