Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL123P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,767 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL123P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Telomere organization, and Regulation of microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with RN7SL123P in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL123P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL123P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by RN7SL123P-low versus RN7SL123P-high in STAD.
