Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL118P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,761 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL118P-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP64, KCNQ1OT1, and INE1. Each is linked with RN7SL118P in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL118P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL118P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL118P versus RPL23AP64 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RN7SL118P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RN7SL118P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
