The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher RN7SL101P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SL101P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CHOL, LIHC, and BLCA are the cancer types where RN7SL101P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
