The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RN7SKP97 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SKP97 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SKCM show a favorable association.
KIRC, UVM, and KIRP are the cancer types where RN7SKP97 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
