Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP95 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 5 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SKP95’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where RN7SKP95 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SKP95 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as ESCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.
UCEC, STAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where RN7SKP95 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
