Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SKP80 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,450 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SKP80-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUSC1-AS1, ANKRD10-IT1, and HM13-IT1. Each is linked with RN7SKP80 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SKP80-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SKP80 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RN7SKP80→partner) and Y-score (partner→RN7SKP80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
