Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP71 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 5 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SKP71’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where RN7SKP71 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SKP71 is over-expressed in tumor.
CHOL, HNSC, and STAD are the cancer types where RN7SKP71 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
