The most reproducible RN7SKP65-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance, ATP biosynthetic process, and DNA conformation change. Each is linked with RN7SKP65 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SKP65-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SKP65 results are reported.
