Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SKP49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,777 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SKP49-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA transport, Regulation of mitochondrial gene expression, and Telencephalon development. Each is linked with RN7SKP49 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SKP49-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SKP49 results are reported.
