Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP46 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RN7SKP46 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RN7SKP46 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SKP46 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, KIRC, and OV are the cancer types where RN7SKP46 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
