Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SKP42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,894 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SKP42-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule nucleation, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and Methylation. Each is linked with RN7SKP42 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SKP42-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SKP42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
