Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SKP30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,544 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SKP30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to microtubule organizing center, Regulation of DNA repair, and Regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with RN7SKP30 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SKP30-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SKP30 results are reported.
