Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SKP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,036 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SKP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of embryonic development, Viral budding, and Lytic vacuole organization. Each is linked with RN7SKP3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SKP3-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SKP3 results are reported.
