Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SKP287 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SKP287 expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SKP287 is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, RN7SKP287 RNA expression shows 16,358 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight STAD, HNSC, and THYM as cancer lineages where RN7SKP287 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
