Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP280 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RN7SKP280 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RN7SKP280 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SKP280 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, ESCA, and THCA are the cancer types where RN7SKP280 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
