Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP255 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SKP255’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where RN7SKP255 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SKP255 is over-expressed in tumor.
COAD, LUAD, and KICH are the cancer types where RN7SKP255 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
