Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP25 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RN7SKP25 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RN7SKP25 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SKP25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCS show a favorable association.

ACC, UVM, and ESCA are the cancer types where RN7SKP25 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
