Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP240 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RN7SKP240 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RN7SKP240 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SKP240 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and LAML show a favorable association.

STAD, LIHC, and KIRC are the cancer types where RN7SKP240 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
