The most reproducible RN7SKP24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule-based transport, Protein-containing complex localization, and Regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with RN7SKP24 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SKP24-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SKP24 results are reported.
